The Glucksman Gallery is an art gallery on the UCC grounds which is open to the public and free.

Many of our students identified the Glucksman as one of the quiet and calm environments that they would go to on campus if they needed to get away from the noise or movement of the campus outside.

The upper floors are generally the quietest.

There is a café on the ground floor, and sometimes the outdoor dining space is open.

  • The Hub

The Hub (sometimes referred to as the Student Hub) contains many of the services you may need during your time in UCC, including the Disability Support Service.

  • Boole Library

The Boole Library is the main library in UCC (there is also a smaller library in Brookfield).

The different floors in the Library are referred to as ‘Q+‘ or ‘Q-‘.

Textbooks for many of UCC’s courses can be found here along with supplementary publications aimed at helping students’ reference and write for University. The print shop is located inside, and work can be both printed and bound here.

There is also a UCC Merchandise store.

    Eating

Café Oasis is the larger space downstairs and has a wider variety of food.

Upstairs Café is the smaller café upstairs which can be less busy but because of its location can be quite noisy at times).
